Hair loss is an age old and common problem that happens to many of us. Some of us tend to stress out too much on hair loss while other take steps to prevent the hair growth. Exercises for good and healthy hair are sure to work positively on you. Also hair growth exercises increase the blood flow to the Scalp which helps in increasing hair growth. There are many exercises for good and healthy hair.

Scalp massage-

First exercise is known as scalp massage exercise which is a very simple hair growth exercise. It is important for muscles of the scalp for good hair growth as it increases the blood flow to the scalp. It will be more effective if perfect oil is used for massaging the scalp.

Jogging-

Second way is jogging or running at least 30 minutes a day which opens out the pores of the scalp. It helps in getting rid of the harmful toxin which are harmful for our hair.

Neck exercise-

Third way is neck exercise side to side and front to back movement. It is one of the basic ways to make the hair grow. The fourth one is side to side hops. This is a very easy exercise as it will keep the cardiovascular system in check. We can practice it inside as well as outside the home. This is one of the excellent exercises for good and healthy hair growth and hair fall control. It is easy to do as well.

Upside down exercise-

The fourth one is upside down exercise. This is one of the most interesting or difficult scalp exercises for hair growth. It is clear with the name that we have to hang upside down using our head we will balance our body on the yoga mat. Also if someone has neck injury then, they should not perform this exercise without the help of supervisor.

Balayam yoga-

The fifth one is balayam yoga also known as rubbing nails in our language. There are few points present in our body known to act as accupressure points which when properly pressed can result in good hair growth. One of this point is rubbing nails. These points are present mainly in the tips of the finger. Massaging these points helps to stimulate the hormones which promote hair growth and hair darkening besides curing hair loss. Balayam yoga also cure dandruff and premature greying of hair so this is the very good hair regrowth exercise.

Vajrasana

The seventh one is Vajrasana. It is simplest of all the asanas which we can practice after lunch or dinner. This yoga exercise for hair growth is easy to do. Vajrasana is best for practicing breathing exercises for good and healthy hair.

Ushtraasana

While performing this asana our bodies looks like the shape of the camel so it is known as ushtraasan. This asana is very useful in treating back problem and helps in relaxing the mind, improve blood circulation which ultimately promotes hair growth.

Shirsh asana

The ninth is Shirsh asana. This asana might take time to do it properly. It is slightly difficult but regular practice can make it easy and It also cures disorders like insomnia, spine problems and helps in improving the concentration power and promotes mental balance. It improve the brain functions and memory power by increasing the blood circulations in the brain and it also increase hair growth.

kapalbhati pranayam

Next one is kapalbhati pranayam. It is the best known form of breathing exercise which helps to oxygenate your blood and also helps to give one’s Scalp all the oxygen it needs to rejuvenate damaged hair and to help it grow. This exercise is also known to cure hair loss. After failing in many attempts to stop hair fall what we all do is to blame our shampoo, try not to blame it because it also depends on our sleeping habits because sleeping is a growing process as it helps in increase of hormones. Irregular sleeping patterns can also make our hair become more dry, dull and brittle which makes them prone to hair fall. We are also aware that lack of sleep affects our body’s immune system which results in the increase of hair loss hair breakage and unhealthy hair so remember that sleeping is necessary for hair growth.
